Happy New Year of the Lizard
Jan 2, 2005Okay, okay, so it's not really the Chinese year of the Lizard. But it's a year of the lizard for me! Today I picked up a teeny little Bearded Dragon at the pet shop. It's already eating the spiders at our place!
I've wanted to get a lizard for a long time now, but I've always put it off. After I moved into the new place, money was tight at first so I used that an an excuse. Well no more!
During the New Year's Party we had at our place, one of my brother's friends mentioned that he got a Bearded Dragon for a child he knew for Christmas. I heard that and thought to myself: "what have I been waiting for?"
Here are a couple of early photos of it. It haven't sexed it yet, so it will have to live with being called it for a while
