Ringmaker 2.1a hits the web

Some bugfixes and small features added for this release. The one big change being a complete HTML/CSS makeover which (hopefully) will make the script a lot easier to "skin". It will also make future updates easier since you can keep your stylesheet from version to version without editing it (much).
